every time I answer I get a recorded message that says "sorry we missed you we will try again later. to be removed from our list please call 815.316.3268" every time I try to call the removal number it is busy. I am on the government do not call list, so I do not understand how I am receiving calls from this number.

This man keeps calling me stating that he is from the Justice Department Fraud Division and telling me that a lawsuit is being filed against me. He says that I failed to repay a payday loan from Cash Advance America, but I have never received a payday loan from anyone in my life! What bothers me the most is that he has my Date of Birth, Social Security#, Driver License#, Address and email address. Where did he get all of this and what can I do about it??

Calls my cell number, don't know who it is...when I try to call back and find out who it is, or what it's about it goes straight to voicemail. It just says, "You know what to do.." Please stop calling my phone!
